The project's objective was to streamline and simplify the user experience, ultimately mitigating the substantial demand on the internal support team.

This project was complex with multiple user personas to cater for and saw me undertake user testing, build prototypes and work with developers to maintain design standards.

Working closely with our contracting agency, Epam and Bunnyfoot, I was lead designer in this extensive project. Through extensive user research and evolving requirements, the product’s architecture, user journeys and user interface design were redesigned from the ground-up.
