BT Final Mile
iOS and Android App
An application for the Final Mile product did not exist. Our objective was to create a user-friendly and accessible app that would reduce service costs and minimize the time and effort required for multiple persona types to access lockers.

Lead Designer
As the Lead Designer, I developed an app for the Final Mile product, which provided a locker delivery service to field engineers nationwide. This service catered to various sectors, including IT, smart metering, reprographics, and fire and security. BT required a comprehensive solution for the installation of their locker systems, as well as project management for the entire installation process.
