hoppa
Hoppa is a cutting-edge platform that integrates necessary features like deposits and client accounts to improve the user experience. I oversaw the project's progression from early concepts through wireframing to the final, approved designs while working closely with key stakeholders, such as the Brand and Design Agency and senior Hoppa employees. I was involved at every stage of the development process, making sure that every little detail matched our vision and user requirements. The end product is a smooth and user-friendly platform that revolutionises how users interact with Hoppa.

A2BTransfers
As a product designer and customer experience manager, I was pleased to spearhead the Hoppa B2B website's revolutionary design. Working with templates that were supplied by an outside organisation, I fervently produced and modified a number of pages to represent our business owner's goals and vision. With perseverance, we were able to complete the new site design in six weeks, making it ready to make an impression at a travel show. Before we bravely moved to hoppa.com, A2B served as our dynamic live testing ground.

Fresh Desk
I bravely decided to design and craft each page of the FreshDesk website, collaborating closely with FreshDesk and our Operations Director at A2B to create a smooth and captivating user experience. I conceptualised and constructed each page for the A2B hub with enthusiasm and ingenuity, turning our idea into a dynamic and user-friendly digital environment.

DotSquared
I had the honour of collaborating closely with DotSquared to revitalise the A2Btravelextras website prior to the rebranding of the Hoppa website. We were able to cross-sell a number of services, such as hotels, insurance, and airport parking, thanks to this change. Despite receiving the request late in the hoppa.com build, I embraced the chance for growth and innovation and successfully launched the updated site a week after hoppa.com went live.
